Deposit and payment

When you book, you pay half of the price as a deposit: ¥44,400 for 1×1, ¥88,800 for 1×2 or 2×2.
The deposit is paid by card or another method through a payment link we send you (Stripe).
You pay the rest on the day. We will tell you how when you book.
Lunch and travel are not included in the price.

Up to 30 days before your visit: full refund of the deposit.
29 to 15 days before: half of the deposit is refunded.
14 days before or later: no refund.
You can change the date once for free if you tell us at least 15 days before.
If transport is stopped by a typhoon or similar, or if we have to cancel, we refund the deposit in full.
Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with.

Please ask us before booking if any of the following applies. The treatment may not be suitable.
You are pregnant, or may be pregnant
You are being treated for a heart condition, blood pressure or a similar condition
A doctor has told you to avoid hot baths or saunas
You have a fever or feel unwell
You have had alcohol that day
You have inflamed or broken skin
We check how you feel on the day and may adjust the treatment.
Our treatments are for relaxation. They are not medical treatment.

Going into the sea is only on fine summer days, and only if you wish. We may call it off depending on the weather and the sea.
The beach in front of the salon has no lifeguards. Please enjoy the sea at your own judgement and responsibility.
For stand-up paddleboarding and other activities, we introduce the tours run by the dive shop next door (paid separately).

We use your name, contact details, booking details and health information only to manage your booking and to give you a safe treatment.
We ask about your health only with your consent.
We do not share your information with anyone else without your consent, except where the law requires it.
Payments go through Stripe. We never receive your card number.
This website does not use analytics or cookies.
